YIELD 1 (2 taco) serving

4 breaded Tilapia Tenders
2 flour or corn tortilla shells
2 oz. shredded red cabbage
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. tomatoes, diced
2 oz. taco sauce
Lime wedge

1. Bake or fry tilapia tenders according to package instructions.
2. Assemble tacos, to order: place fish in tortillas, top with cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes and taco sauce. Serve with lime wedge on the side.
