YIELD: 1 burger

1 oz. prepared white queso sauce
1 (4 oz.) black bean burger, grilled
1 burger bun
1 oz. tri-color bell pepper strips, julienned, grilled
1 oz. red onion strips, julienned, grilled
1 oz. avocado slices
½ oz. tortilla strips

1. Place black bean patty on the heel side of the bun.
2. Top with bell peppers, onions and sliced avocado. Drizzle with white queso sauce.
3. Finish with tortilla strips, top with bun and serve.
