Cherry Fruit Sauce

1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
32 oz DOLE® Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet
Cherries, partially thawed

  • Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
  • Stir in cherries. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sauce turns clear and is slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled.
