A K-12 specialist operating primarily in the Chicago metro area, Quest recently expanded its Quest for Life program, which emphasizes a made-from-scratch approach and local/sustainble/organic ingredients. The company also significantly extended its Display Cooking stations from high schools into elementary and middle schools with Traveling Display Stations that take teams of Quest chefs on the road on a monthly basis to the various sites. In addition, specialized coffee drinks and made-to-order frozen blended drinks were recently introduced at several high schools.
