Lodi (CA) USD administrators have asked the district's board of trustees to hire an executive chef who would develop new recipes and healthier menu options, reports the Stockton Record. The chef is needed, they say, in order to meet district goals for serving more food that is cooked onsite rather than purchased prepackaged.
