The University of Texas-Dallas plans to roll out its first food truck when fall classes begin. The menu will feature burger sliders, an assortment of ethnic sandwiches in pocket bread and Asian wraps, as well as sides like fries, fresh fruit, chips, cookies, and hummus and pita with fresh veggies.
