INGREDIENTS:1 43-oz. pouch Chicken of the Sea Premium White Tuna
32 ounces of cream cheese, softened
32 oz. smoked gouda cheese
54 slices bacon, crisply cooked
27 slices tomato
54 slices bread of choice
as needed, butterDIRECTIONS:Open tuna, drain and flake; set aside. In food processor, blend cream cheese and smoked gouda. Stir tuna and cheese mixture together until blended well.
Use 4-oz. scoop to divide tuna mixture and spread on bread. Put one slice of tomato and two slices of bacon on tuna mixture and cover with second piece of bread.
