Parkhurst Dining Services has been awarded the contracts to manage dining services on the campuses of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and Gwynedd-Mercy College, Gwynedd Valley, PA. About two-thirds of Pittsburgh-based Parkhurst’s business in with the college/university segment, with most of the rest in B&I.
