INGREDIENTS:6 pitted dried plums 2 oz. feta cheese, cut into 6 3/4 inch cubes 6 toothpicks ½ Tbsp. honey ½ Tbsp. toasted fennel seeds, crushed ½ Tbsp. chopped fresh mint DIRECTIONS:Thread 1 dried plum and 1 cube of feta cheese onto toothpick.
