Prince operates mainly in Texas but also has sites in Ohio, Louisiana, and Tennessee. The hospital client list includes Yoakum (TX) Community Hospital, St. Mark’s in LaGrange, TX, four locations of the Triumph hospital chain in Texas and five Regency Hospital locations in Ohio and Louisiana. B&I clients range from Boeing and Fujitsu to Lockheed-Martin, Samsung and Texas Instruments.

In the past year, Prince focused on achieving high patient scores while keeping costs down in its hospital operations through strict quality control and constant audits of the complete system at all locations. In B&I, many accounts have implemented a points system tied to nutritional information so that customers can track nutrient intake and choose balanced meals.

Prince is also working on programs to expand its offerings through joint ventures in order to package its dietary offerings with other needed services.
