Turkey Provolone Wraps

YIELD: 4 servings

2 oz. Mascarpone cheese
1 oz.
Dijon honey mustard
4
flour tortillas
½ lb. sliced or shaved turkey
8 slices mild provolone

Spring greens, as needed

1. In a small bowl, combine mascarpone and honey mustard.

2. Lay tortillas out on a clean work surface. Spread mascarpone/mustard mixture evenly on 1 side of each tortilla. Divide turkey evenly over each. Place 2 slices Provolone atop each mound of turkey. Divide spring greens evenly atop Provolone. Roll up to form wraps.
