Yan Helps Hospital Debut New Menu

Celebrity Chef Martin Yan wowed a crowd of staff and visitors at the Fountain Valley (CA) Regional Hospital with his knife skills while helping launch the hospital's new Asian menu based on his recipes, reports the Orange County Register. Yan worked with Fountain Valley's dining services provider, Morrison Management Services, on the menu, which is based on his recipes but modified to fit the clinical environment.
