Yale Names Retail Director

Yale Dining has added Thomas Tucker as director of retail development & operations. He comes from the Pulse Group hospitality consulting organization, where he specialized in providing strategic planning, operational consulting and development advisory services to higher education clients. Previously, he served as a principal with Arthur Anderson & Co. in the real estate and hospitality advisory services areas.
