Sodexo, Pham Open Asian Concept Cafeteria in Boston Financial Center

Sodexo, in conjunction with celebrity chef Mai Pham, has opened a "Star Ginger concept" cafeteria inside the State Street Financial Center building in Boston, reports the Sacramento Bee. The contract management company had forged a partnership with Pham two years ago and had collaborated with her on opening units of her Star Ginger concept on college campuses this fall, including a Star Ginger food truck that debuted on the campus of University of California-Davis.
