Oklahoma State University Dining is closing down its all-you-care-to-eat Blair Dining operation because of declining participation, reports the Daily O’Collegian campus paper. The eatery was only offering dinner after closing its breakfast and lunch service earlier. To compensate, OSU Dining is increasing menu choices at its two retail locations in Bennett Hall, where Blair was located. Those new options will include more healthy “Choose Orange” designated items, which Blair Dining specialized in offering.
