Lodi Memorial Hospital has opened its $14 million kitchen, which allows the 214-bed facility to provide room service dining for its patients from 6:30 in the morning til 7 at night seven days a week, reports the (Stockton) Record. The service provides 13 different menus, including versions for heart-healthy, diabetic and dysphagia diets.
