Jefferson County (KY) Public Schools are experimenting with a new grab-and-go elementary school lunch option called Pyramid Power Pack meals, reports the Louisville Courier-Journal. The clear, disposable “lunchboxes” contain a different sandwich or entrée salad item each day, along with fresh vegetables and dip, fruit and milk.
