HMSHost has won an eight-year contract to open new food and beverage concessions at Miami International Airport. The company, along with Tinsley Family Concessions and Master ConcessionAir, the local Miami ACDBE partners, will offer North Terminal travelers new dining services such as Bacardi Mojito Bar, Beaudevin, The Counter and Starbucks Coffee/Tropical News. Beaudevin is a wine bar concept making its American debut at Miami International. HMSHost opened the first Beaudevin in the Brussels (Belgium) Airport in 2008. The Counter is a burger concept offering custom built burgers in three sizes. All the units are expected to open in 2011.
