Baylor Students Look to Put Unused Food to Use

As part of a master’s degree course in the school of social work, several Baylor University students are working with campus dining services provider Aramark to bring unused food from campus dining venues to social relief agencies in the area, reports the Waco Herald -Tribune. Aramark is helping the students not only by providing food but also in a consulting role to teach them how to handle and prepare it safely. Aramark manages three dining halls on the Baylor campus.
