Red Osier Food Services, a foodservice company that has operated exclusively in almost 200 onsite locations such as airports, performing arts centers and sports arenas in Western New York, is opening its first purely commercial unit in Rochester, NY, reports the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. The new Red Osier Metro Cafe is located in the basement of the County Office Building and is meant to serve as a model that might attract franchisees who could open units in other cities, Red Osier officials say.
