Celebrity Chef Martin Yan recently wowed a crowd of staff and visitors at the Fountain Valley (CA) Regional Hospital with his knife skills while helping launch the hospital's new Asian menu based on his recipes. Yan worked with Fountain Valley's dining services provider, Morrison Management Services, on the menu, which is based on his recipes but modified to fit the clinical environment.
