Over the past year, CDS implemented a new menu costing software system, updated its recipe nutritional analysis, moved to a higher level sanitation audit program to enhance its quality assurance and introduced a dining phone app to several locations. The company also developed and test marketed a new fresh Mexican concept, Taquería, which features authentic Mexican fare, including street food, that will be rolled out to its units this fall.
