YIELD: 6 servings

1 ¼ cup milk
1 ½ cups frozen sliced bananas (partially thawed and divided)
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. ground Saigon cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
4 cups brown rice, cooked

1.    Combine milk, ¾ cup banana, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium-large saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until banana just softens.
2.    Add cooked rice; simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
3.    Serve warm; garnish with remaining banana slices.
