Thai-Style Honey Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS:3 cups chunky-style peanut butter
1 ½ cups honey
1 ½ cups coconut milk
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. fish sauce or soy sauce
1 Tbsp. red chile sauce (Asian), or to taste
1 ½ Tbsp. garlic, chopped finely
DIRECTIONS:Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature. To store, place in a covered container and refrigerate.
