A rackless four-tank flight-type machine from STERO is an infrared gas-heated dishwasher and booster heater that saves labor, energy, water and chemicals and provides years of reliable service. Throughput on the model STPCDW is NSF-rated in excess of 25,000 dishes per hour. It's available in electric-, steam-and gas-fired models.
