Sodexho’s Retail Brands Group subsidiary has opened its first-ever franchised Salsa Rico unit in downtown Philadelphia. Salsa Rico is a Baja-style Mexican grill concept that already operates at 17 campus and B&I locations. Sodexho created the Retail Brands Group to expand its internally developed brands into commercial locations. Other Retail Brands Group concepts include Jazzman’s Cafe and Pandini’s.
