YIELD: 12 servings
2 1/2 cups country club boneless pit-style ham, diced
1 1/2 Tbsps. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsps. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsps. butter or margarine, softenend
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
12, 4" baking powder biscuits, split in half horizontally
12, 4" square Swiss cheese slices
- Combine ham, onion, poppy seed, butter and mustard.
- Divide mixture evenly and place on bottom half of biscuits. Top each with a cheese square. Cover with top halt of biscuit.
- Place sandwiches on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Cover with aluminum foil but do not seal edges.
- Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
