Fishery Products International, Inc., has promoted Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Keith Decker to COO. During his 12-year tenure with FPI, Decker has also held the positions of national sales manager, director of foodservice sales, director of commodity sales, and general manager of West Coast operations.
