Bon Appetit Mgt. Co. has opened Kaneko Café, a Japanese themed restaurant, on the campus of Willamette University in Salem, OR. Designed as an educational resource about Japanese culture as well as an eatery, Kaneko Cafe serves breakfast and lunch during the week and features a mix of authentic Japanese foods and American classics at six serving stations.
