Baylor College of Medicine has engaged the Luby’s, Inc., cafeteria chain operator in a multi-year agreement to provide culinary services for its Texas Medical Center campus in Houston. Luby’s worked with Baylor on the development and design of the new kitchen and dining facility, which opened August 13th. Luby’s, which is best known for its string of more than 125 commercial restaurant units, also operates dining facilities in six long-term acute-care facilities.
