Award-winning school foodservice director Jon Dickl has joined Z Trim Holdings, Inc.

Award-winning school foodservice director Jon Dickl has joined Z Trim Holdings, Inc., maker of the Z Trim functional food ingredient as well as a variety of wellness foods. Dickl most recently served as director of the School Way Café food service network for Volusia County (FL) Schools, where he oversaw almost 70 school food service operations for a district that serves some 50,000 meals a day. Previously Dickl was foodservice director at Highlands (FL) County Public Schools, where he earned a Silver Rising Star award as part of the 2007 FAME Awards competition. Previous to his school foodservice experience, Dickl was a sales representative for Sysco Foodservice of Central Florida and Heinz USA.
