Hurricane Charley made its devastating swoop through the state of Florida, it highlighted in stark terms the necessity of having an effective disaster plan.

It is with that and subsequent hurricanes in mind that the American Society for Healthcare Food Service Administration (ASHFSA) has put together a web-based seminar—a "webinar”—on how disaster planning held up under the circumstances and lessons learned for the future.
