Arizona State University has awarded a seven-year contract to Aramark Higher Education to provide dining and retail food services at its Tempe campus. The agreement means potential first-year sales of up to $35 million at the 51,000-person campus. ASU’s contract with current dining services provider Sodexho expires in July.
