American Italian Pasta Co. has named food industry veteran executive Jack Kelly COO

American Italian Pasta Co. has named food industry veteran executive Jack Kelly COO. He will become the company’s new president and CEO after AIPC completes the final phase of its previously announced restatement of certain historical financial statements. Jim Fogarty has served as interim president/CEO since September 2005. Kelly has served in senior positions at Haagen-Dazs Co., Inc., Kraft Foods, Inc., and Oscar Mayer Foods Corp, was CEO of Fiorucci Foods, Inc., and also served as president/CEO of private label Mexican sauce maker San Antonio Farms, which was acquired by TreeHouse Foods earlier this year.
