INGREDIENTS:1 ea.chicken breast, 4 oz. ½ ea.Granny Smith apple 2 Tbsps.butter 2 Tbsps.brown sugar 2 ozs.brie cheese, sliced 1 ea.Kaiser roll or other sand-wich bunDIRECTIONS:1. Peel and slice the apple; sauté with brown sugar and butter. 2. Grill chicken breast to 165ºF internal temperature. 3. Melt brie cheese on chicken. 4.
