YIELD: 24 servings

½ cup sugar
2 tsps. cinnamon
24
(8" each) flour tortillas
6 cups
low-fat cottage cheese
12 cups
California strawberries, stemmed and quartered

1. Mix together sugar and cinnamon; reserve.

2. On griddle or in sauté pan, heat 1 tortilla. Lay tortilla out on flat work surface. Place ¼ cup cottage cheese in center of tortilla and top with ½ cup strawberries. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar/cinnamon mixture. Fold up bottom third of tortilla, then fold in both sides, leaving top open.

3. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 24 wraps.
