Thomas Cuisine Management 2012

In the past year, Thomas has been adding new business in Utah, Idaho and Oregon. It also rolled out its Unit Host Concierge Dining Service patient room service dining program. New food concepts include Metropolitan Wraps  and Grounds and Grains, the latter a full-service espresso bar featuring local roasting companies, natural and gluten-free products  and healthy selections.
