Manitowoc Foodservice plans to shut its Lincoln Foodservice Products unit in Ft. Wayne, IN, by next April. The operation will be moved to Cleveland where it will be consolidated with Manitowoc's other oven manufacturing facilities. Manitowoc purchased Lincoln in 2008.
