Grindmaster-Cecilware has named Michael Tinsley CEO. Tinsely, formerly CEO of the Periman Holdings investment firm, takes the title last held by Richard Moore, who left the firm last fall.
Moore, who had been CEO of Cecilware before it merged with Grindmaster in 2009, was succeeded on an interim basis by a collective "Office of the President" consisting of Sales/Marketing SVP Lisa Klein, COO Rob Poe and CFO Joseph Canova.
Tinsley has previous foodservice equipment manufacturing industry experience with American Metal Ware and H&K International.
