The National Association of College & University Food Services has announced the winners of its 7th annual “Best in the Business” Campus C-Store Contest. They are…
(co-winners) Village Market at Cal Poly Corp and Sisu at Pennsylvania State University (The Big Idea award);
Scotty's at the University of California-Riverside (Marketing & Merchandising award);
Commons Marketplace/Salads by Design at Bowling Green (OH) State University (Foodservice Application award);
Wildcatessen at the University of New Hampshire (Updating Your C-Store award).
The winners will be recognized at the NACUFS national conference in Milwaukee in July during the pre-conference Neighborhood Market Retail Workshop.
