Five Star Becomes Canteen Franchisee
Company is fourth largest vending operator in the country.
Five Star Food Service has signed an agreement to become a Canteen franchisee. In a series of deals, Canteen Vending Services and selected Canteen franchisees are acquiring specific territories in the Southeast from Five Star while Five Star will acquire specific territories from Canteen and selected Canteen franchisees.
Following completion of the moves, Five Star will continue to operate out of its Chattanooga, TN, headquarters as the newest Canteen franchisee member.
Five Star is the fourth largest full-line vending, coffee service and food service provider in the United States, with accounts in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida and Kentucky. A division of Compass Group North America, Canteen operates more than 18,500 client sites.
