Tuna Sandwich w/ Sun Dried Tomatoes and Capers

INGREDIENTS:16 oz. canned tuna fish, drained
¼ cup sundried tomatoes, diced
¼ cup diced red onions
2 tsps. relish
2 tsps. capers
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
6 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
6 pieces green leaf lettuce
6 slices of tomatoDIRECTIONS:1. Mix all ingredients (tuna through salt) together.
