1 C. 12 | Morningstar Farms® Veggie Grill™ Vegan Burgers, cooked according to package instructions, julienne-cut Uncooked pasta of choice Soy milk Soy cheese slices Sugar snap peas Grape tomatoes Zucchini, julienne-cut Yellow squashes, julienne-cut Carrots, julienne-cut Salt and pepper to taste Fresh Basil leaves, finely chopped Sprigs of Basil

| Method
- Bring a large sauce pan of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to instructions. Drain pasta and set aside.
- In a sauce pan, bring soy milk to a boil. Add soy cheese and chopped Basil until fully combined, and cook about 6 minutes.
- Add pasta, vegetables and Morningstar Farms® Veggie Grill™ Vegan Burger strips, and cook until vegetables are done, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with Basil sprigs.
