Jennie-O Turkey Store’s Perfect L’attitudes New World Slow Roasted Turkey
Coconut milk
Red curry paste
Basil, julienne
Chili peppers, diced
Green onion, chopped
Vegetable oil
Sweet red Thai chili sauce
Peanuts, chopped

Method

Heat turkey according to manufacturer’s directions.
Heat oil; add turkey; cook until golden brown.
Add coconut milk, curry paste, chili peppers and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes and add green onion; top with fresh basil and chopped peanuts.
Serve with mixed julienned vegetables and basmati rice.
