| Jennie-O Turkey Store’s Perfect L’attitudes™ New World Slow Roasted Turkey Coconut milk Red curry paste Basil, julienne Chili peppers, diced Green onion, chopped Vegetable oil Sweet red Thai chili sauce Peanuts, chopped
| Method Heat turkey according to manufacturer’s directions. Heat oil; add turkey; cook until golden brown. Add coconut milk, curry paste, chili peppers and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes and add green onion; top with fresh basil and chopped peanuts. Serve with mixed julienned vegetables and basmati rice. |
