Stadium Bratwurst

precooked bratwurst
2
generic bock beers
1
cup sauerkraut
˝ cup
caramelized onions
Secret Stadium Sauce to taste
1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, slowly bring beer to a simmer. Cook bratwurst for 15 minutes.
2. Remove bratwurst from beer.
Place bratwurst in a sauté pan over medium-high heat for 2 ˝ minutes on each side or until browned.
3.Serve topped with Secret Stadium Sauce, sauerkraut and caramelized onions.
