1. Divide each roll in half. Line muffin pan with cupcake holders.
2. Lightly spray cupcake holders with spray shortening.
3. In a medium size bowl, combine pepperoni and cheese. Place sauce in small bowl.
4. Dip each piece of dough in sauce and then roll in cheese and pepperoni mixture.
5. Place 3 coated dough pieces in each muffin cavity.
6. Let rise in warm area until double in size.
7. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool.
