Cinnamon stick
Cardamom pods, crushed
Whole cloves
Pearl® Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk
White or light brown sugar
Loose black tea
Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Method

In saucepan over medium heat, bring water, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Add soymilk and sugar; bring to simmer and add tea. Remove from heat, cover and steep 2 to 4 minutes or to taste. Strain into 12-ounce mug; garnish with cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.

Tip: Make Pearl® Masala Chai Tea in large batches; keep warm or heat to order.
