Mexican Shredded Beef

6 cups prepared shredded beef chuck
1 cup salsa
1 cup tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1⁄2 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

  1. Mix all ingredients. Heat thoroughly over medium-low heat for at least 1 hour.
