10 avocados, sliced, divided. 20 oz. chipotle ranch dressing 2 oz. fresh lime juice 20 Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers, cooked, julienne-cut 40 oz. romaine lettuce, shredded 60 corn tostada shells 20 roma tomatoes, 1/4 in. diced 20 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded 20 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded 40 oz. roasted corn kernels 10 oz. roasted-tomato salsa 10 oz. green onions, bias-cut
| 1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash together half of the avocado, lime juice and chipotle ranch dressing. Refrigerate. 2. In sauté pan, heat Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and then cut. 3. Mix Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers, romaine lettuce, remaining avocado, corn, tomato and cheeses. 4. Top each tostada shell with 1/3 of the above mixture, repeating to create three layers of height. 5. Garnish with roasted-tomato salsa and green onions. |
