Avocado Fish Wrap with Oyster Flavored Sauce

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS

1 lb. fish fillets, or fish steaks
cut into 2" × 4" logs
3 Tbsps. oyster flavored sauce
1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
4 Tbsps. cornstarch
2 oz. cooking oil
4 flour tortillas, medium sized
1 fresh avocado, peeled,
seeded, cut into ˝" thick
slices lengthwise
4 romaine lettuce leaves,
washed, drained, cut into
long strips
1 red bell pepper, seeded,
cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, seeded,
cut into strips
  • Marinate fish with oyster flavored sauce and chili garlic sauce for 10 minutes.

  • Roll fish fillets with cornstarch until fully covered

  • Sauté fish in oil until golden brown on each side.

  • Warm the flour tortillas in microwave. Serve with fish, avocado, bell pepper and romaine lettuce.
