Avocado Fish Wrap with Oyster Flavored Sauce
YIELD: 4 SERVINGS
| 1 lb. | fish fillets, or fish steaks cut into 2" × 4" logs |
| 3 Tbsps. | oyster flavored sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. | chili garlic sauce |
| 4 Tbsps. | cornstarch |
| 2 oz. | cooking oil |
| 4 | flour tortillas, medium sized |
| 1 | fresh avocado, peeled, seeded, cut into ˝" thick slices lengthwise |
| 4 | romaine lettuce leaves, washed, drained, cut into long strips |
| 1 | red bell pepper, seeded, cut into strips |
| 1 | green bell pepper, seeded, cut into strips |

Marinate fish with oyster flavored sauce and chili garlic sauce for 10 minutes.

Roll fish fillets with cornstarch until fully covered

Sauté fish in oil until golden brown on each side.

Warm the flour tortillas in microwave. Serve with fish, avocado, bell pepper and romaine lettuce.
